2016 Riesling

Our 2016 Riesling is a perfect representation of the varietal. So much to love.

Incredibly aromatic – all jasmine and honeysuckle, stone fruit and tangerine.

The palate confirms the nose as well as adding slight honey and a surprising bolt of lime tartness to the mix. Naturally high acid partners brilliantly with the natural sweetness. This is a “go to” white wine that will be able to handle most foods, most of the time.

Suggested Food Pairings: Bright, citrusy Rieslings are delicious with foods that have “green” flavors, like lime, jalapeño and tomatillo (in a snapper dish). Riesling is a wine option that can handle a full spectrum of foodie favorites, from tangy vinaigrette dressings to full-flavored sauce laden.
