Every bottle, every label, every treat on our shelves started with a student learning their craft at Washington's only teaching winery. When you shop with us, you're not just buying wine. You're funding the next person who wants to learn how it's made, one purchase at a time.
A quick heads-up before you go: our shop opens in our online store, and everything is pickup only, here at the tasting room. We don't ship. Order online, then swing by during pickup hours, Thursday through Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m., to collect your haul. Consider it a standing excuse to taste what's new while you're here.

Student-Made Wines
The wines our students grow, ferment, and bottle by hand, made from fruit donated by some of Washington's most respected growers. Small batches, real craft, and releases you won't find on any other shelf.
Merch
Wear the Academy proud. From everyday staples to pieces that start conversations, our merch lets you carry a little West Seattle wine country wherever you go.
Wine Accessories
The right tools make every bottle better. Openers, glassware, and the small extras that turn a pour into an occasion, for yourself or as a gift.
Gift Cards
Not sure where to start? Let them choose. A gift card shares student-made wine, a tasting room visit, or a little something from the shop with someone who appreciates the good stuff.
From the Culinary & Pastry Arts Kitchen
Wine isn't the only thing our students make by hand. Just next door, our Culinary & Pastry Arts students turn out fresh pastries and desserts, house-made olive oils, gourmet pantry goods, and more. The lineup changes with the seasons and with whatever's coming out of the kitchen, so it's always a little different and always worth a look. Many items can be pre-ordered, so you can reserve your share before it's gone.

This isn't ordinary retail. Behind every label is a student who picked the grapes, watched the fermentation, and pulled the cork on their own work for the first time. What you spend here helps fund their education and keeps Washington's only teaching winery doing what it does best.
