Seattle Colleges Foundation
South Seattle College is fortunate to have additional philanthropic support from the South Seattle College Foundation, an independent, nonprofit 501 (c) (3) that provides scholarship support to students, and promotes and supports educational programs and training pursuits at the college. The South Seattle College Foundation was established in 1980 and created the 13th Year Promise Scholarship in 2008. The 13th Year program informed and inspired the creation of Seattle Promise.
Women of the Vine & Spirits Foundation
In our effort to ensure more women have the opportunity to join and flourish in the wine industry, Women Behind the Wine will fund scholarships for college students and awards to further the careers of women already working in related fields. We thank you for the purchase of participating wines. You make these scholarships possible.
ASEV Scholarship Programs
The American Society for Enology and Viticulture annually awards numerous scholarships to students pursuing a degree in enology, viticulture, or in a curriculum emphasizing a science basic to the wine and grape industry.
The Alliance of Women in Washington Wine
The Alliance of Women in Washington Wine is dedicated to championing and empowering women across all facets of Washington State's vibrant wine industry. Our mission is to foster a supportive community that promotes gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, while advancing the professional development and leadership opportunities for women in wine. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, we strive to cultivate a more inclusive and equitable wine industry, where every woman has the opportunity to thrive and make meaningful contributions. Each year, The Alliance awards one $5,000 scholarship to a female student enrolled in a Wine Business, Viticulture, or Enology related degree program in Washington state, facilitated by the Washington Wine Industry Foundation.
