The Northwest Wine Academy
Now in its third year of operation, South Seattle’s Northwest Wine Academy currently offers six varieties of wine. Each was created and nurtured by students in the Academy, who not only study the technology of wine making, but participate throughout the process. Two additional varieties, a Riesling and a Rosé, will be released in 2008.
