NW WINE ACADEMY REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES
Returning Items Bought Online from NWWineAcademy.com
Your packing slip provides specific return instructions and addresses — please refer to it for details.
- For wine purchases, returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.
- For all other purchases, items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- All items must be sent back with the original seal intact and in original packaging.
- For any damaged or spoiled items, please contact the NW Wine Academy for a return number before sending back a return.

Please Note: Wine must be unopened and in its original packaging.
**No refunds will be approved without a packing slip and an explanation for the return.
**No opened items (damaged/spoiled) will be approved without a packing slip and a return number.
If you prefer, you may bring the item and your packing slip to the NW Wine Academy (at the above address) with 14 days of receipt. Please call or email the NW Wine Academy for more details.
If your return is shipped or brought to a store after the time frames indicated above or without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returning Items Bought in the NW Wine Academy Shop
The NW Wine Academy makes it easy to return an item when you are not satisfied.
Simply bring the item and your cash register receipt to the NW Wine Academy (address above) Monday through Friday when the program is in session (check calendar here) for a refund to your original form of payment or, if you have a gift receipt, for a refund as a gift card.
