Come celebrate the end of another crush! We release three new wines made by the students in our wine production classes.

As always our tasting is complimentary and open to the public!
Wine releases
When the vintages are ready, the student winemakers, college staff, and community members are invited for a complimentary taste of the results and to purchase the wines. Check the South Seattle Community College calendar for upcoming Wine Academy events.
Barrel Tastings
Two or three times a year the Northwest Wine Academy holds barrel tastings that are open to the public to preview the up-coming vintages offered by the Academy. Future barrel tasting events will be posted on this web page.
Gifts From the Earth Auction
This annual invitational event showcases the College’s Culinary, Wine Studies and Bachelor’s in Hospitality programs. Wines, which are donations from regional vintners, are served during the silent and live auctions, and are paired with menus prepared by celebrity chefs, presented and poured by students in the Wine studies program. Proceeds from the event directly benefit students.
